FALL into Book Events at the Jimmy Carter Library & Museum

by on October 19, 2012

Bird in Trees on Carter Library property

So a little bird told me…

I couldn’t resist using that saying in today’s post after seeing the image to the right. The grounds around the Library & Museum are oftentimes a hidden treasure trove of wildlife. A coworker was able to snap this photo of one of our resident avian friends. You can’t tell exactly from the picture, but the bird is fairly large and has bird of prey features. I think it’s a red-tailed hawk, but I’d love for others to leave comments about what they think…

So, to begin again… A not-so-little bird told me that there are several events going on at the Jimmy Carter Library & Museum throughout the rest of the fall! Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted. For the most up-to-date details about our book signings and author lectures, please visit us online.
