About the Blog
Welcome to the Document of the Month Blog!
Document of the Month is an informative and interactive workshop for educators to create a collection of educational activities using original, primary source documentation from the Reagan Library Archival collection.
The intention of this blog is to open the lines of communication between educators attending the Document of the Month workshop and education staff preparing and guiding the workshop. Additionally, we hope to offer supplemental tools for educators before, during, and after they attend a Reagan Library educational workshop.

Archivist Jenny, thank you for helping me find the video file for the speech I chose as my primary source. I hope to have time to view it tomorrow.
Intern Mike, I appreciate the wealth of information you shared with me yesterday about Reagan’s views on taxes, communism, and other issues. Also, your abstracts are excellent!
Supply Side Econ Group–thanks for helping me determine content standards for my lesson plan. And forgive me for forgetting this moment the name of your gracious group member/docent, whose informative tour of the White House replica was a perfect end to the day!
Today was terrific and I’m looking forward to tomorrow!

I’m replying to the confirmation/update about Thursday’s workshops: I’ll just be attending Dr. Donal O’Sullivan’s talk in the afternoon, since I’ve previously participated in both workshops. Thank you for the reminder message, Mira and Lauren.
