Operating Status of the Washington National Records Center for Thursday, August 25, 2011

The Washington National Records Center will be closed again today, Thursday, August 25, 2011. Structural engineers continue to evaluate damage to the building from Tuesday afternoon’s earthquake.
Based on tours of the facility since Tuesday afternoon, we have not seen any signs of damage to records.
We will share more specific information on the building status with our agency customers as it becomes available.
